Introduction to Data Visualization

Data Visualization is probably THE most interesting topic in Data Science (OK, fine, it's MY favorite). And this perfectly coincides with the idea that Data Science is really about powerful storytelling using data. 

The concept of visualizing data is actually very old - with origins similar to written language. When cavemen carved out drawings, that's a way to report actual events. Fast forward to the time when Statistical Charts were invented sometime in the 17th century - data gathering, storing and processing became crucial. When computers came into the picture in the 20th century, we even have more data to work with. Computer graphics paved the way to the advent of this digital era, where visualizing your data is now multimedia. 

But because this is a beginner's website, I'll only be presenting basic but best-practice and real-life concepts that are the foundation of the complex data visualization in the AI world.
